DONOR QUALIFICATIONS
Before completing the Qualification Form, please carefully review the following pre-screening questions:
For all potential donors:

Do you have any of the chronic conditions, recent infections, or other illnesses required to participate?

Can you provide recent and verifiable test results from your healthcare provider?

Are you at least 18 years of age?

Do you weigh at least 110 pounds?

Are you willing to travel to our boutique clinic in Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale to provide a plasma donation? In some cases, if you qualify to participate, we can book all travel upfront and reimburse any meals or other travel expenses for you to take a trip to sunny South Florida for a couple of days - in addition to receiving the donor payment for plasma donation.
